Ginger Tea
Ginger is a wonder herb given to mankind by nature. It tastes good and smells nice. It is very effective in improving immune system and  fighting common cold and cough. Adding ginger to our black or white tea helps in drying running and dripping nose, thus expelling phlegm from the respiratory tract. It helps speedy recovery.

Turmeric Milk
Turmeric (Haldi) is a gentle but powerful anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial herb. It improves immune system during viral fever and common cold. Turmeric can be added to our daily tea and food.

Indian Gooseberry
Also called as Amla, it is a strong immuno-modulator which cleanses liver, improves blood circulation and strengthens immune system. Our ancestors used it to prolong life and it helps to fight cold and fever.
