Heal cancer holistically

Retired Major General Niranjan Singh Kullar, an 86-year-old cancer survivor, still works 18 hours daily as advisor to the CEO, Imperial Hotel, New Delhi, after more than three decades of army service. His twinkling eyes, upright gait and trim appearance exude energy and vitality. Who would guess that he is a veteran survivor of not one, but two forms of cancer? Or that he cured cancer through holistic, natural methods exclusively, without chemotherapy or radiation? His healing journey proves that miracles indeed happen to those who create them.

Thought for today

The law of attraction says that you magnetize and receive the circumstances that you give out. You give out positive thoughts and feelings and you magnetize positive circumstances and similarly negative circumstances for negativity. This law works just as the law of gravitation works - whether we accept it or not

Start attracting positive events and positive people in your life from this moment .

Power of Subconscious Mind

Infinite riches are all around you if you will open your mental eyes and behold the treasure house of infinity within you. There is a gold mine within you from which you can extract everything you need to live life gloriously, joyously, and abundantly. Many are sound asleep because they do not know about this gold mine of infinite intelligence and boundless love within themselves. Whatever you want, you can draw forth. A magnetized piece of steel will lift about twelve times its own weight, and if you demagnetize this same piece of steel, it will not even lift a feather. Similarly, there are two types of men. There is the magnetized man who is full of confidence and faith. He knows that he is born to win and to succeed. Then, there is the type of man who is demagnetized. He is full of fears and doubts.

Drug Addiction and Indian Youth

I am not into drugs,” she repeats five times in course of a single chat. And she changes the storyline of her first brush with drugs in Delhi so often-in one she is offered a joint by a call centre colleague in the office car, in another a stranger cajoles her to snort in a toilet at Hotel Samrat-that you start doubting her claims.

Whichever version you believe, there’s no dithering when she describes the “cocktail” that quietly changes hands every midnight shift at her call centre: “Cough syrup and rum, pepsi or coke, with crushed spasmo proxyvon tablets and a bit of iodex.”

Mee Sidhutai Sapkal

She enters the room with an arthritic limp, a crutch under an arm. The huge red bindi on her brow crinkles as she strains to lower herself into a chair, smoothing the folds of her nine-yard sari so typical of the attire of rural Maharashtra. Behind her a dozen children troop in, their chores and games temporarily forgotten in the excitement of a guest's arrival at Sanmati Bal Niketan, a two-flat home for orphans at the Pune suburb Hadapsar. They surround their Mai. "I am Sindhu Sapkal," Mai announces.

Office Yoga

Office jobs often cause people pain stress and tension in their neck and shoulders. This is generally caused by sitting in one position for a prolonged period of time and/or prolonged typing at a computer.  One way to prevent this from occurring is to make sure you take timely breaks from your work to stand up and walk around.  If this is not possible, yoga can often help unlock tension in the neck and shoulders.

From your chair you can do a wide variety of  Yoga Asanas that are modified.  Start with a modified tree pose: sitting in your chair with your feet together underneath you, raise your arms into the air and put your hands into prayer position.  Keep your shoulders relaxed and hold for 6 breathes.  You can also do a modified forward bend from your chair as well: sitting in your chair with your feet and knees together, lean forward from the waist, letting your arms hand to the floor.  Rest your head on your lap and take deep breathes, letting your neck and shoulders relax.  Finish up your mini yoga session from your chair by doing shoulder circles, followed by relaxing your neck to your chest for 10 breathes.  With time, hopefully this will help your condition .

Power of Intention

by Dr. Wayne Dyer
“It’s hard for me to call it a law. I never liked laws or rules.” Dr. Wayne Dyer, affectionately known as the “father of motivation” by his fans, sits back in his chair, props his bare feet up on the coffee table and shares his unique take on the Law of Attraction. His inviting smile, reassuring blue eyes and relaxed demeanor reflect the warm and loving energy he speaks of so frequently to others. Dyer has another term for the concept behind the Law of Attraction. He calls it the Power of Intention. His philosophy is pure and simple, “The law of attraction is this: You don’t attract what you want. You attract what you are.” “Most people’s mistake in trying to apply the law of attraction is they want things; they demand things. But God doesn’t work that way,” continues Dyer. “It’s all about allowing.”
